Using Data Tables

 

 

 

DocuNECT's data tables are used for a number of reasons:

 

1.Database Lookups

2.Workflow Rules

3.Classification and Indexing Rules

4.Retention Rules

 

Data tables are permissions so you may have read or edit access to the data tables. Also the data tables depend on the configuration of the system.

 

 

Editing/Viewing Records


Click on the table name to view the records.

 

 

You can use the search feature to filter/search for the data you are looking for.

 

 

 

Data Look and Feel


Depending on how the system is configured the data tables may have a custom look and feel. The following screenshot shows the classification rules table:

 

 

Exporting Data


You can export the data in the tables to either a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file, or an Adobe PDF document.

 

Export Data (CSV) - This option allows you to export the data to a Comma Separate Value (CSV) file. On pressing the Export Data (CSV) button the file will be automatically generated and downloaded.

Export Data (PDF) - This option allows you to export data to an Adobe PDF file. On pressing the Export Data (PDF) button the following page will be displayed allowing you to select the document generation options:
